Life Coaching for Autistic & ADHD Adults
Our specialized coaches provide goal-directed support for Autistic and ADHD individuals navigating systemic gaps and personal growth. By utilizing a highly informed, neuro-affirming framework, our team offers deep expertise in executive functioning without the diagnostic requirements of traditional insurance. We focus on:
-
Academic & College Navigation: Strategic tools for managing executive dysfunction in higher education.
-
Vocational Success: Action plans for work-related challenges and workplace accommodations.
-
Social Autonomy: Developing communication strategies that honor your authentic self
-
Life Design: Building future-oriented systems that respect your sensory needs and energy levels.
Autism/ADHD Parent Coaching
Parenting in a neurodivergent household is rewarding, but the sensory load and advocacy requirements can lead to burnout. We provide a dedicated space for you to navigate those demands and find a sustainable rhythm for your home.
-
Collaborative Strategy Sessions: We work together to develop co-regulation tools and shared understanding within your family system.
-
Dedicated Parent Coaching: A private space focused on your specific goals, nervous-system-informed strategies, and personal sustainability.
Note: While traditional health insurance typically does not cover parent coaching, we accept Imagine!, CES waiver, and FSSP funding to ensure this support remains accessible to Colorado families
IEP/504 Support Navigating School
Educational Advocacy & IEP Coaching
We help bridge the gap between a student’s neurodivergent profile and practical school supports that prioritize sensory safety and regulation.
Through IEP and 504 Consultations, we provide a dedicated space for parents to prepare for meetings and understand their child's rights. We offer written and in-person support to help school teams understand the neuro-affirming perspective, ensuring that accommodations move beyond "behavior" and toward true accessibility and student well-being.
Note on Services: While our team includes licensed mental health professionals, the Coaching and Advocacy Services listed on this page are not licensed psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment. Coaching is a goal-oriented, consultative service.
