Funding & Insurance
Helping You Navigate the Path to Care
We know that paying for therapy can feel overwhelming. Here's a clear, honest look at how we work with insurance and funding — and what to do if you have questions.
We are currently accepting new clients
Note: Due to Medicaid cuts of 15% in April 2026 and 2% in July 2026, our clinic has been forced to limit the number of Medicaid clients we can serve. We currently have a waitlist for new Medicaid clients. Please reach out to your state and federal representatives about these cuts as they impact our ability to serve our community, retain staff and pay a fair wage
Insurance & Network Status
We're in-network for Speech (SLP) and Occupational Therapy with:
• Kaiser Permanente
• Health First Colorado (Medicaid)
Mental Health services are out-of-network — a Superbill is provided so you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
Specialized Funding Programs
• Early Intervention — services for kids 0–3
• Imagine! ASD waiver support
• DVR (Division of Vocational Rehabilitation)
• Waiver Services — we can help you understand eligibility
Private Pay & Your Protections
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for any non-emergency services. We're happy to walk through pricing transparently before you commit.
