Calling parents, guardians, or caregivers of neurodivergent individuals!

Our goal is to create a space where parents, guardians, and caregivers can gather to:
Learn about the newest neurodiversity-affirming & trauma-informed concepts and theories.
Establish systems, structures, rituals, and routines for the home, and experiment to see what methods best suit the needs of their family.
Participate in a supportive community of peers who may be on similar journeys, engage in authentic social connection with like-minded individuals.

Neurodiversity-Affirming and Trauma-Informed models.
Nervous system attunement and co-regulation, motivation, demand avoidance.
Mental health, attachment, complex trauma, coping and self-soothing tools, hypervigilance.
Sensory processing, social communication, executive functioning, learning, cognition.
Masking and camouflaging, systemic harm, ableism, microaggressions, lack of inclusion.
School-based supports, post-secondary planning, resources for case management.
Caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue, family and interpersonal conflict management.
Home systems, structures, routines, and rituals.Â
