Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a specific age range you work with?

We work with clients from ~3 years old - adulthood. Gather and Grow is specifically known for working with individuals that "age out" of other outpatient therapy clinics.

Which diagnoses do you work with?

While a formal diagnosis is not required to receive services at Gather & Grow, we work with many diagnoses. These include, but are not limited to: Autism, ADHD, OCD, sensory processing disorder, trauma, anxiety, social communication disorder, and PDA profile of autism.

Do you have a waitlist?

We have immediate openings for all disciplines during the day. We have limited after school openings but schedule a consultation today to learn more about our availability!

What are your hours of operation?

Our office hours are from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday - Thursday.

Do you accept insurance?

  • We are in network with Kaiser and Medicaid for speech and occupational therapy services. We can also use the CES waiver to provide parent coaching sessions. At this time our mental health services are all private pay. We can also provide super bills for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement via your out of network benefits.

  • We accept FSSP & ASD grant funding from A&I Avenues and Dynamic Therapy Services.

  • We work with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to work on executive functioning and sensory support in the workplace.

Will I work with the same therapist?

Yes. We think rapport is very important so you will work with the same therapist and have a set schedule for your sessions with them.

Where will sessions take place?

Our sessions are held at our office in Broomfield, CO or virtually. At this time we are unable to provide in-home services, but stay tuned as this may be an option in the future!
