Join us for a 1.5-hour neuro-affirming holiday workshop led by our occupational therapist, Molly. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for creating celebrations that honor diverse sensory, communication, and processing needs. We’ll cover topics such as gifts, food, environment, clothing, routines, and more. This is a supportive space to learn and brainstorm ways to adapt your holiday traditions to reduce anxiety, meet sensory needs, and build structure that works for all neurotypes.
